Every time you use an apostrophe to pluralize,
a kitten dies.
Let's review the proper use of an apostrophe for a moment.
The apostrophe is used:
1) To indicate the possessive.
2) To indicate missing letters.
3) Sometimes to indicate the structure of unusual words.
Then, I come across this:

They are so proud of their new stamp,
that they even showed it in use!
The word nacho might be an odd word,
but it doesn't need an apostrophe to pluralize it.
Nachos works just fine.
